Everything You Need To Know For Your Next Product
Launch

No matter how you cut it, there will be a lot of work for you to put in if you
want to introduce a
new product to the market. The main goal is to hit the
market with a big impact, get some serious visibility for your product out
there, or an entire group of products. You can also do this to give a fresh
outlook to your present product/service and renew the sales, so that you’re able
to get new customers, create better return on investment and work on building
your competitive advantage. But you must remember that a lot of innovation needs
to go into this new product, coupled with effective strategy building to make
your own unique place in the market. So in the end there are only two things
that can happen for your product, a boom when it’s launched or just be one among
the many. The following will explain what you can do to ensure it is not the
latter.

Something you need to look into when launching a product is partnering with the
best people. One of the best ways to accomplish this is to communicate with the
blog network that should already be in place in your niche. There should be
thousands of blogs in your
target market that need content and will happily
review your product if it’s really worth.

Blogging is one way to get huge amounts of exposure for very little cost. You
may want to use the blogger as a joint venture partner and give them early
access to your product in exchange for receiving their ideas and opinions,
allowing you to have feedback before the launch. You might ask them for what
feedback they have without the review, so that when you are done with the
product they will be able to review it in an honest manner.

This is a great chance for the blogger as well as yourself, they will get hits
for the review and you get exposure.

The second thing you should think about when launching a product is the perfect
day for it. You may not have thought about this but not each day of the week
will be the same for the launch of your product. This has to do with your
targeted audience and the days that will work best for them; you don’t want to
launch a new lunchbox for 9-5ers during the week. By remembering the
demographics and their requirements which you investigated, you should be able
to reap the best rewards from your product launch. You will be more capable of
picking out a good day for such a product launch, if you are informed on your
target market.

When you are trying to think of a great offer that will draw customers in, be
sure to consider why it is that they will want to be buying your product in the
first place. This is critical because people won’t be buying your product for
its features, but for its advantages. If you have already figured out what all
of the benefits are, you will be able to market to your market better because
you know what you have to offer.

To conclude, it’s easy to see why the product launch can make or break a
business, and why the success of this day can mean
huge earnings for the future.
The success of your product launch will also pave the path for better future
sales.

Ways to Increase Your Blogging Profits With Internet Marketing

There are plenty of advantages for internet marketers in having a blog.
Blogging
can offer vast opportunities that other types of marketing and
promotion can’t. Since it’s massive rise in popularity back in 2004, most
people are aware of blogging now. After six years, it doesn’t seem as though
blogging is going to go away very soon. In fact, each day more blogs arrive
on the scene in huge numbers. Shouldn’t you take a piece of that action for
yourself? After all there is more to internet marketing than setting up a
static sales page and hoping that people find it on their own. A serious
internet marketer will take every opportunity to boost sales.

Blogs can earn you extra money. As your blog becomes more popular, you may
find people contacting to you sponsor specific blog posts you’ve published.
You have the final say in how much you want to charge sponsors to place
their ads at the header or footer of your blog posts. You also have the
option of using those same spaces to place ads for your own products.
Imagine selling two sponsored posts each week at $30 each. That gives you an
extra $240 a month. Imagine selling that space on every post you write and
writing five posts a week. That will net you $150 a week (or $600 or so a
month). The advantages from sponsorship could just be the beginning.

Blogging can help you set up different forms of income. As your blog becomes
more popular, you could begin to sell advertising space in your sidebars.
You could put Google Adsense into your sidebars for a little extra profit.
That’s one of the many advertising services available to bloggers. There are
other services available that want to get advertisements in front of your
blog’s visitors. You could consider using Text Link Ads. Another such
company is AdBrite. You also have the option to sell ad space to private
individuals. If you sell six spaces on your sidebar at $50 a month, that’s
$300 a month that you can bring in just through blogging!

Blogging builds links to your products and sites. While some will advocate
starting a blog for each product you create, you can also benefit by using a
single blog to advertise all of your products. By using sidebar, post footer
and header ads, it’s easy to link to several products and sales pages. This
builds up the number of links you have to those pages, which makes them rank
higher in the search engines. You’ll also be increasing your authority with
sites such as technorati and alexa, which could be important if you ever
decide you want to sell your sites.

Internet marketers can benefit in so many ways from blogging. Blogging gives
you quite a few ways to make extra money that you can use to fund your
various products. The comments readers leave on your blogs can give you
ideas about future products you could develop. You might even be able to
make money by having people subscribe to your site. The possibilities are
endless!

The Internet Time Machine | How Will the FTC Rules Affect Your Online Promotions in 2010?

How Will the FTC Rules Affect Your Online Promotions in 2010?

The FTC (Federal Trade Commission) passed new regulations that will affect Internet Marketers in regards to the Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising section.

The changes they’ve made affect bloggers and website owners who use testimonials or those with celebrities. If you’re an affiliate marketer, it affects you, too. While most of the buzz was about celebrities who fail to disclose they’re being paid or receiving freebies when touting a certain product, it’s smaller entrepreneurs we’re concerned about.

You’ll want to do ample investigating on your own before you start promoting anything for a paid commission. This article isn’t meant as legal advice for you – it’s simply an observation about the new rules and how we might feel their impact.

The point of the changes is to connect the dots for consumers between advertisers and endorsers. Not everyone has an Internet marketing background and can spot an affiliate review compared to an unbiased, unpaid one.

This will affect marketers who make up their testimonials. Some of them have written up their own testimonials and bought a stock picture of the “testimonial giver” – falsely making the consumer believe people have gotten good results with the product, when it fact not a single person had tried or purchased it yet.

Traditionally, advertisers could simply put an asterisk next to a real testimonial with the words “results not typical” in fine print. This was still shady because it wasn’t blatantly exposed on the site.

Now, if you get paid a commission, or if you got a freebie in exchange for recommending a product, then you’d better openly disclose that connection to your readers or you could face an FTC fine.

There’s no broad laws governing bloggers and marketers, though – the FTC says each case will be investigated individually. Aside from the payment being disclosed, you also have to be honest. You can’t say something helped you make $10,000 in revenue if it didn’t – and if you get caught, you could be forced to pay up.

Now if you’re caught, the burden is on the FTC to prove their case and how it violates the FTC Act. The bottom line for 2010 is – don’t cheat your readers out of an honest review, even if that means you admit you’re getting paid for your opinion!
